PADI IDC Preparation Course
Before enrolling with the official PADI's Instructor Development Course (IDC), our IDC Preparation Course will help the instructor candidates in reviewing the current level of preparation and provide suggestions for improvement so that the candidates can successfully succeed in their IDC training.
You will learn:
Introduction to the PADI IE Exam
Five theories reviews and three instructor exam exercises
Practicing DSD Briefing and Debriefing
Fine tune 24 basic scuba skills
Guiding dive refreshment
min. 18 years old
PADI Divemaster (or equivalent)
60 dive logs, with logs of underwater navigation, night diving and deep diving experience
For non-PADI Divemasters, must complete a PADI Divemaster Course Rescue Assessment
Become a certified Open Water Diver for at least 6 months
EFR emergency first response trained within last 24 months
(Or equivalent certification by other agencies)
Submit a medical statement signed by your doctor within one year
Course duration: 3 days
Class location: Taipei City & Longdong Bay, Northeast Coast
Cost: NT 15,000.
The course fee includes: use of classroom, pool fee, open water training dives, air cylinders, instruction fee.
Does not include: u/w lights and gear rental, transportation, meals, accommodation and other personal expenses.
You will receive NT$5,000- credit after completing this course for enrolling directly to our following Instructor Development Course.
If relocation training is required, the cost is extra.
